For larger events of 300 or more, we have used our P3 LED screen with good results.
Although not limited to this size or shape, at 10 metres wide and 4 metres high, everyone in the room has a perfect view.
The benefit of using this format of screen is the ability to show the main presentation, camera feeds, poll results, twitter handles and other vital data simultaneously whilst keeping any corporate branding.
As this is a LED screen, brightness isn’t an issue, so the house lights can remain on so delegates can take notes at their table.
Add to this, polling devices, timer screens/lights, streaming production, Q + A cueing systems, we have everything covered.
Of course, for the smaller event or even a break out room, we have a full selection of projectors and screens as well as TV screens from 55” to 85”.
